Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. As a Farm Hand, you will assist with various tasks related to animal care, crop cultivation, and general farm maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks related to animal husbandry, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of livestock
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment
- Operate power tools and equipment for various farming activities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops in accordance with seasonal schedules
- Irrigate fields and maintain proper moisture levels for optimal plant growth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in barns, sheds, and other farm structures
- Assist with the construction of fences, pens, and other infrastructure as needed
- Handle and restrain animals safely during veterinary procedures or transportation
- Assist with greenhouse operations, including planting seeds, monitoring temperature and humidity levels, and watering plants
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate farm machinery such as tractors, mowers, and irrigation systems
- Proficiency in using power tools for construction and maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of animal care practices and ability to handle livestock safely
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
