Being a Right of Way Agent handles all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Prepares resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. You will coordinate patient visits, matching the schedule with staff availability and suitability. Your responsibilities i include handling the concerns of clients and responding to calls. You act as the point-of-contact between caregivers and families, making outstanding interpersonal skills imperative. You may also monitor and document care issues. Core Duties:
Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.
Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; timecard processing, where necessary; and monitoring of telephony system and other payroll responsibilities as needed. Performs other office coordination duties.
Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.
The desired candidate will possess the following:
High school graduate or equivalent with one year of in office admin experience.
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours. ( paid)
