Right of Way Agent prepares organization's need for additional land or office space. Researches, negotiates and elects to purchase short- and long-term lease of land agreements and right of way for construction that meet the organization's goals. Being a Right of Way Agent handles all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Prepares resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate hair stylist for a Senior Community in the South Plainfield/Edison area that has experience working with different hair textures.
In this role, you must feel comfortable doing both men and women's hair and making them feel relaxed and pampered throughout there session.
Should be available to work 1 to 2 day per week in multiple Senior Communities and be willing to travel in the surrouning area.

Shampoo and Condition
Cut
Blow-out
Style (roller-set)
Braiding
Color
Perm
Men's beard trim-electric razor
basic manicure-filing and polish change
Must have a valid New Jersey Cosmetology License and have experience working with textured hair.
