The Basics -This position answers incoming phone calls, internet leads and test drives vehicles with our customers. We are a family owned New Car Dealership selling Honda and Pre-owned vehicles. Essential Duties -Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Email or Text. Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately. Learn and follow the scripting required by our process. Set appointments for our customers to meet our employees and test drive vehicles. Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell. Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures. Learn and constantly understand manufacturer incentives and programs. Test Drive vehicles in our inventory with our customers. Work with Sales Managers and Customers throughout the car buying and negotiation process. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership. Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications -
· Language Skills Ability: Read, write and understand short correspondence with our Management and employees. Read and interpret safety rules, guidelines and general business operating instructions as outlined by the Dealership. Read, type and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication.
· Mathematical Skills Ability: Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide so that you can understand, interpret and communicate Vehicle Pricing and Manufacturer Incentive Programs. Calculate discounts, difference figures and required pricing as outlined by the manufacturers.
· Reasoning Ability: Apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished verbally, in writing or via electronic communication. Solve practical problems and come up with solutions to the simple challenges that occur in life. You must have and maintain a great attitude to be successful in this position.

Compensation -This position has a guaranteed salary while you train and bonuses based upon work completed. Most of our Internet Sales Managers earn between $80,000 to $120,000 per year. We pay you while you learn and focus on helping you maximize your earning potential.
Certifications -Must have and maintain an in state Driver’s License in good standing. You will have to pass and then maintain Manufacturer Certification. (We will help you achieve this).
You will have to pass a background check and drug test.
