About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to play a key role in the development, implementation and execution of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) risk and control program. This position will coordinate with partners across Wells Fargo to provide project execution, as well as the planning and facilitation of key regulatory and compliance requirements within the line of business. The M&A risk and control program enables CIB and line of business management to make strategic decisions about which business opportunities to pursue, mitigates legal and reputational risk, and strengthens the overall environment in which we protect customer Confidential Information and Material Non-Public Information.
