Being a Risk Management Analyst identifies loss trends by analyzing incident reports, claim and insurance data. Utilizes advanced data analysis tools and techniques. Additionally, Risk Management Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Risk Management Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Risk Management Analyst will be part of a global RM team supporting over 4,900 real estate professionals worldwide through expertise in insurance and risk management. The role will assist Risk Management in delivering best in class customer service and support to Hines’ teams while furthering the firm’s goals and priorities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
Three or more years' work experience in Risk Management or related discipline
General knowledge of commercial insurance, safety, and loss control
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of Smartsheet and Origami a plus
Insurance or Risk Management designation a plus
Ability to operate a computer, phone system and general office equipment
Regular attendance and ability to work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
