As a Roofer youwill be responsible for installing repairing and maintainingvarious types of residential roofing systems.

JobDescription :

Experience inresidential roofing carpentry flashing shingling soffit fasia tearoff equipment sent up. Must have own hand tools and belt.

Ownershipof power tools is not required but highly encouraged; circular sawreciprocating saw multitool blower (gas or electric).

Must havereliable transportation to work between King & PierceCounty.

The position follows standard productionmethods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is asefficient and safe aspossible.

Responsibilities :

Installrepair and replace roofing materials such as shingles tiles andmetal roofing

Perform inspections to assess thecondition of roofs and identify necessaryrepairs

Ensure compliance with safety regulationsand best practices

Maintain a clean and organizedworkenvironment

Qualifications :

Previousexperience as a Residential Roofer

Knowledge ofroofing materials tools and techniques

Ability towork independently and as part of a team

Strongattention to detail and qualitycraftsmanship

Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation
