**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a vital part of our front-of-house operation, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless food preparation and service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. Tips average 2-3 dollars per hour.
We have positions available at our Morrisville (Park West) and Cary (Parkside Town Commons).
**Duties:**
- Greet customers, handle orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and counters.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our Brink POS system.
- Provide assistance with food preparation, including food handling and storage.
- Maintain a strong focus on sales and contribute to the restaurant's revenue growth.
- Provide helpful and friendly support to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation.
- Basic math skills to accurately manage cash and credit transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive and helpful attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 16 years old.
