CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic understanding of WMS.
Understanding of product specs and rework procedures
Acquires applicable chemical training for successful performance of chemical foaming / application(s)
Acquire OSC Forklift Certification
Responsible for the completion of Master Sanitation
Accountable for the accurate completion of quality, safety and Plant compliance documentation
Operate all screens on human-machine interface (HMI)
Work within established quality procedures and standards to ensure food safety
Operate PLC screens
Make adjustments to retail machines including : changing web and zipper, aligning punch holes, seal bars, top edge alignment, adjusting tension on feed rolls, turning on / set height of printer, changing tape and gasket of seal bars
Complete basic maintenance on retail machines including : checking cooling bar fluid, adjusting clamps for bag size, clearing scale faults, assembling / disassembling scale, performing integrity testing, adjusting hanger notcher / tear notcher
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Perform machine preventative maintenance
Basic maintenance troubleshooting
Safe Forklift operation
Navigate controls screens
Trending software
Scanner program / WMS and potentially SAP
Word processing, spreadsheet and email software
