U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. is looking to add another Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing finance team. You’ll work directly with our team of parts specialists to ensure orders and projects are noted and executed correctly.
Our focus is on providing customers with the best experience possible and our sales administrators play a critical role. They ensure product and project details are correct and meet the customer’s stated project goals and deadlines.
This includes review product specifications, approval forms, delivery information, etc. You’ll also help answer questions customers may have regarding ongoing projects and help the sales team with projects, if needed.
