Overview

Na Ali'i is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support our growing company’s procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Screening and verifying eligibility of subcontractors and vendors to do business in support of our Government customers
• Preparing and sending Requests for Quote or Requests for Proposal to prospective vendors and subcontractors
• Preparing and managing subcontract agreements (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
• Negotiating terms and conditions with subcontractors and vendors
• Maintaining complete subcontract files and negotiation records
• Maintaining records to support subcontract related reporting, such as FFATA and Small Business Subcontracting Plan reporting
• Collect and prepare all documentation and perform functions necessary for contract closeout

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills, Exceptional Oral and Written Communications, Analytical Thinking, Technical Expertise, Problem Solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Word, Excel,Outlook.

Education and Experience:

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of professional experience with subcontracts management in the federal market
• Experience in prime contracts management is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Contractor Purchasing System Review Compliance is preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARs, and Public Law
• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint CMS is a plus.

Certification: CFCM or CPCM certification is preferred but not required.

Clearance: Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use stairs without assistance
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
• Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
