We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Boss Exteriors Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for the company. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business leads, and promoting our brand through various marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in our Canby, Oregon location. 
 

Compensation & Benefits: 
- Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ranging from $90,000 to $180,000 annually  

- Paid semi-monthly

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for Boss Exteriors Inc. 

- Recruiting and hiring new sales and marketing staff 

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the Boss Exteriors Inc. brand. 
- Collaborate with sales, admin and production departments for interdepartmental synthesis 

- Training and enforcing for best practices in our CRM and other tech platforms and communication. 

- Attend and participate in management meetings 

- Enforce standards across all sales and marketing requirements. 

- Learn and utilize Job Progress software for our Marketing Process 

- Create long- and short-term plans, set targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines 

- Delegate tasks to Marketing coordinator for data tracking, standardization, etc. 

- Maintain positive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships 

- Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions 

- Communicate and work closely with marketing staff, vendors and other in-house staff 

- Drive Revenue with team incentives programs and accountability 

 
Requirements: 
- Extensive Sales & Marketing strategies and techniques knowledge 

- Effective oral and written communication skills 

- Experience managing a team 

- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office 

- Willingness to learn technical trade details 

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

- Critical thinker, problem solver and self starter 

- Team player with a focused attention to detail 

- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
