  • C & B Operations, LLC is a progressive, family-owned company that has grown over 35 years to include thirty-six John Deere dealerships in six states. We currently have an opening for a Reporting and Data Analyst role at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

    Essential Duties

    • Provide support for ad-hoc and recurring data analysis reporting and projects
    • Prepare compensation calculations for company commission and incentive plans
    • Design, create, and maintain reports using querying tools and databases such as PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric
    • Collaborate with other data analysts to ensure report quality and reliability
    • Extract, manage, organize, and report large amounts of data
    • Provide clear and concise commentary to management associated with data analysis and key business processes


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, data science, business administration, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics is preferred
    • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills, including creating visualizations
    • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Experience not required but recommended include:
      • Writing SQL queries to analyze data
      • Developing and publishing dashboards
      • Microsoft Power BI and Azure
