Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, flawless written and spoken - Must

Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools - Must

Proficient with Google Suite (spreadsheet, docs, etc.) - Must

Prior remote sales development experience - Must

Willingness to work during PST hours

Experience with online software sales (SaaS) - advantage

What you will be responsible for:
- Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails

Ensure prospects meet our qualification criteria

Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities

Document lead generation activities and maintain an organized CRM

Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy

Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulate our products’ value to them

Initiate contact with inbound leads
The SDR will be part of the Sales team, reporting directly to the SDR Team Lead.

Annual base starting salary: $40K- $55K, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base variable) is $62K-$70K.
Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
