Residential Construction Sales Representative
About The Job:
JG Development, inc. is seeking an experienced, driven, and dependable Residential Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This role will collaborate with our team, but their primary job function will be developing relationships with people that want to build or remodel some of the most beautiful homes in the Madison and surrounding areas. You will learn about their dreams and share with them our process and your team members who can make those dreams a reality. You will educated and lead them through the design-build process, helping them understand how architectural and interior design choices impact their budget.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Identify qualified potential clients, build relationships, and be persistent.
- Maintain activity to develop a pipeline of potential clients with opportunities for current and future projects.
- Lead communications with the Brio Design Homes and Vive Home Transformation team and third parties to design and price proposals and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Use construction experience to present plans to potential clients with integrity and persuasion; to make the sale.
- Utilize our CRM system for scheduling and documentation.
- Be a great team player- keep learning and growing!
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFCATIONS NEEDED:
- Follow up on leads, networking, attending trade shows and any other means to qualify the leads that are converted into sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adjust communication style appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to plan and coordinate work independently balancing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated computer and software skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, databases, and social media platforms
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance is required; with the ability to travel within Wisconsin and other states as necessary
- Successful completion of background check
