Position Summary
We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 100% remote position that plays a crucial role in the sales process. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for appointments and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualifying to determine their need and desire for BlackPoint IT managed service solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a current SDR or customer-facing individual looking to advance or start their career in sales. As part of our commitment to promote from within when possible, successful Sales Development Representatives will have first consideration for promotions to Business Development Managers.
