Sales Director directs sales organization operations and develops the tactics, operational plans, and processes to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Director oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Implements methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors and expand the customer base. Additionally, Sales Director uses market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sales Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Sales Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Job Title: Lab Associate

    Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

    Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

    Location: Albuquerque, NM

    Position Objective

    The Lab Associate is principally responsible for engaging in the full range of operations of the Manufacturing Facility to produce cannabis products. Our lab department is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. The individual must have a good understanding of the RLD rules and regulations along with proper food handling and sanitation procedures. As a lab associate, the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the Facility Manager.

    Major Functions

    Production Operations (40%)

    • Produce/infuse cannabis products to meet daily lab targets in accordance with the SOPS.
    • Ensure all finished goods have been checked to meet sanitary and quality standards.
    • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
    • Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
    • Ensures work area is clean and free of safety hazards.

    Inventory Management (30%)

    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory for materials.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the Inventory Tracking Systems.
    • Ensure all production is accurately recorded into the ERP tracking system and documented.

    Compliance & Safety(30%)

    • Develop an autonomous command of all lab procedures.
    • Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S methodology.
    • Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
