Overview
Riverview is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle while driving sales growth through effective strategies and excellent customer service. If you’re passionate about cars and have a knack for connecting with people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and present vehicle options that match their preferences.
Conduct engaging and informative test drives, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
Negotiate deals and close sales while building lasting relationships with clients.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and Riverview’s latest inventory to provide the best advice to customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and dealership events.
Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful sales.
Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and drive sales performance.
Comfortable conducting product demos and communicating the value of different vehicles.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
