Job Description for Sales Professional

Right Trailers is currently seeking a Sales Associate for our Hattiesburg, MS location. We are looking for energetic, motivated people with a passion to sell that are willing to grow with the business! This position is base pay plus commission.

Previous auto, sport/marine, or RV sales experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the desire to succeed. Bi-lingual is a plus. Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable, insurable driving record and the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sales Professional:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Generate leads and turn them into customers
• Assist customers with buying decisions
• Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
• Present and sell other value-added options
• Write deals to present to sales manager
• Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current clients
• Prepare preliminary trade appraisals
• Learn all product categories and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS of the Sales Professional:

• Previous experience in commission-based, “big ticket” item sales
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Must be able to provide professional references who can verify work experience.
• Reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Integrity
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for business math
• Desire to succeed in a career in sales
