Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated & detail-oriented Location Manager for our Jacksonville, NC location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency & adherence to SOPs, & managing a dedicated team of employees. This role is crucial in delivering the highest quality service to our clients and driving the location’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Jacksonville, NC location, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Lead & manage a team of employees, providing training, support, & guidance.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) & implement improvements when needed.
• Develop & maintain positive relationships with clients & customers.
• Track inventory & ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Monitor employee performance & conduct regular evaluations.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, & feedback professionally & promptly.
• Coordinate pickup & drop-off services for customers as needed.
• Work closely with the company leadership to meet key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities & a proactive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs & work in a physically active environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
