Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Schedule and assign work to technicians
- Provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and problem solving
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor service and quality of work being performed
- Handle opening and closing operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Manager
- Strong knowledge of small engines, theory of hydraulics, automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
