Duties: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Qualifications: - Previous experience in kitchen management or hospitality industry is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems - Knowledge of food industry regulations and health standards - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Experience in banquet or hotel management is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
