DataOne Software is located in Beverly, MA and this role can be Hybrid or Remote, US based.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to the Sales Team and contributing to the contract creation process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating sales contract workflow in Salesforce and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform.

• Ensuring strict compliance with DataOne’s contract requirements and processes including proper contract and pricing structure, stipulations, and special terms.

• Attending on-line sales calls with the Sales Team noting key takeaways, documenting progress, and creating tasks for next steps.

• Documenting all progress in Salesforce CRM and capturing details critical to the creation of quotes and contracts.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Support, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Contract Administration teams.

• Ordering and reviewing product audits.

• Collecting post-sale feedback.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

This role offers compensation of approximately $60,000 - $70,000. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
