Responsibilities: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to the Sales Team and contributing to the contract creation process. Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating sales contract workflow in Salesforce and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform.
Ensuring strict compliance with DataOne’s contract requirements and processes including proper contract and pricing structure, stipulations, and special terms.
Attending on-line sales calls with the Sales Team noting key takeaways, documenting progress, and creating tasks for next steps.
Documenting all progress in Salesforce CRM and capturing details critical to the creation of quotes and contracts.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Support, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Contract Administration teams.
Ordering and reviewing product audits.
Collecting post-sale feedback.

This role offers compensation of approximately $60,000 - $70,000. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
