WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Coordinates and executes all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, regularly scheduled entertainment acts and special events to target retail and database customers while supporting compliance to departmental budget.
• Coordinates internal supporting documents, pre/post reporting etc. related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments.
• Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to promotions staff/function in the Marketing department.
• Assists the Advertising Administrator in updating the property Website and producing in-house collateral as needed
• Coordinates with Advertising Administrator to properly fulfill all printed material requirements for promotions, special events, entertainment, and VIP parties.

• One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing, special events/promotions or related industry. Associates Degree (A.A) in Marketing, or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
