We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, engaging with potential clients face-to-face, building strong relationships, and driving sales to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities.
• Establish rapport with potential clients by knocking on doors, visiting businesses, and attending networking events.
• Present our products/services compellingly and address customer needs and concerns.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales tactics.
• Utilize CRM software to accurately track leads, activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
