Enterprise Accounting and Finance Coordinator

Job Description

Reports to Chief Profit Officer

The Enterprise Accounting and Finance Coordinator’s role is comprised of three functions: Supporting Our Team, Supporting Our Customer, and Enabling Financial Results. Each of these functions require different skills and time spent in each area, but are equally important parts of being on the Bortnick team.

Supporting Our Team:

• Sets and properly demonstrates operating standards for the Accounting and Finance Departments at the enterprise level
• Ensures operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for all necessary stakeholders
• Effectively communicates with other Team Members regarding job-related information
• Provides exceptional service to all stakeholders (customers, dealers, suppliers, Team Members) during the credit approval process
• Possesses problem-solving skills with the ability to offer unique solutions or perspectives
• Performs related, or other tasks, as assigned 

Supporting Our Customer:

• Assists customers in obtaining credit and financing-serving as the primary liaison between the vendor and client
• Uses discretion in all confidential matters and utilizes best practices regarding the storage and usage of financial data
• Stays current with all creditors-including updated terms and conditions
• Monitors and confirms the adherence of credit approval conditions

Enabling Financial Results:

• Assists in the preparation of cash flow analyses as needed
• Analyze monthly financial statements and effectively conveys analyses as requested
• Can effectively apply knowledge of software applications such as Office or Excel for reporting and recordkeeping purposes-specific experience and working knowledge of Journal Entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work with a heightened sense of urgency during peak time periods
• Meets or exceeds performance goals set by the CPO
