Sales Support Director jobs in New York

Sales Support Director establishes the sales support process, develops an infrastructure of systems and tools, and directs support operations. Ensures that sales teams receive the tools and resources needed for smooth operations. Being a Sales Support Director monitors all sales activities to identify problems, create solutions, and produce accurate reporting. Develops and implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Director may provide oversight of sales incentive or commission programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Support Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Sales Support Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Daily Responsibilities for Regional Operations Director :
    • Lead a field team of technicians and managers to ensure company goals are met and drive safety and service quality improvement efforts
    • Manage Account CRM for all hospitals and serve as a liaison with sales & marketing
    • Retain and increase technology adoption at or above 98%
    • Travel: Up to 90% traveling doing site visits

    Required Qualifications for Regional Operations Director :
    • A minimum of some college required
    • Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification required.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare, account management, or related area
    • Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to effectively build teams and direct the work of others
    • Ability to anticipate needs quickly and accurately, and appropriately respond
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel

    Preferred Qualifications for Regional Operations Director :
    • Bachelor’s degree
