Sales Support Manager manages the daily operations of the sales support function. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including order processing, RFP response, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams. Being a Sales Support Manager identifies and resolves operational issues. Implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Manager may resolve complex customer requests or complaints. May manage the processing of sales incentive or commission programs. OVERVIEW :
Working as Part-time Sales Support, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast paced challenging environment.
This is an entry level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located at 240 W 5th St, Minster, OH 45865.
This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to :
oAssisting with sales / customer service
oManaging inventory
oPlacing and fulfilling orders
oReceiving and shipping inventory
oPerforming deliveries with a company vehicle
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position :
oPossess or are working towards a degree in Business / Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
oExcellent written and oral communication skills
oProficient computer skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
oExhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
