Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and strategic business development.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads and sales progress
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in outside sales is preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and developing strategies based on data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,072.70 - $68,711.21 per year

Compensation package:

• Performance bonus
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Moses Lake, WA 98837: Relocate before starting work (Required)
