Requirements

• Previous team leader or supervisory experience within a fast paced, volume driven outlet is essential
• Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience in mobilising the workforce, training and / or developing team members
• Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
• Ability to drive change and implement upselling / promotional programs
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
• Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety
• Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
• Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and / or from the airport

Qualifications

• Approved Managers Card
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
• A Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management is desirable, but not essential
