Performs cleaning in accordance with established guidelines and specifications, and ensures equipment is operational for production runs. Being a Sanitizer prepares and handles sanitation chemicals and equipment. May require a high school diploma. Additionally, Sanitizer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sanitizer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Sanitizer typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. As a Quality Sanitizer you play a key role in keeping our facilities clean and safe.
Shift Details: 1:00pm - 9:30p (Mon - Fri some weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Clean building facilities
- Clean manufacturing equipment
- Remove recycled materials and garbage
- Follow procedures for the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion
- Repeatedly walk, bend and lift during work shift
