The Clinical Care Manager would with youth referred from the Department of Children and Families who live in a residential group home in Springfield, MA.

• Starting salary range:  $66,560 - $68,560

Qualifications:

• Clinical master’s degree is REQUIRED (social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or mental health counseling).  License eligible is required.  
• All candidates must be 21 years of age or older
• Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use

Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)

• Collaborates with DCF social workers to ensure appropriate interventions and treatments are implemented
• Prepares client assessments and treatment plans  
• Provides individual and family counseling, that may occur in-home in order to help facilitate clients’ transitioning
• Facilitates clinical groups such as DBT, substance abuse prevention, anger management, etc.
• Provides training and consultation to supervisors and program staff
• Shares a caseload with the Program Clinician
• When necessary, facilitates psychiatric and mental health referral
