Sarbanes Oxley Analyst implements and coordinates an organization's auditing strategy and activities for regulatory compliance. Deploys internal controls, best practices, and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Being a Sarbanes Oxley Analyst gathers, analyzes, and consolidates data for required regulatory reporting to fulfill content and scheduling requirements. Supports external regulatory inspections and internal audits and may coordinate document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Additionally, Sarbanes Oxley Analyst maintains and updates a knowledge base or information system of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sarbanes Oxley Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. CGS is seeking to hire a temporary TAC Analyst to join our team in support to XCTC Army National Guard training. TAC Analysts manage the Orion system and capture data for presentation later at an Instrumented After Action Review (I-AAR).
Essential Functions:
- Understand how to operate computers, ideally the Orion system, to track battlefield activities during the XCTC training rotation
- Explain tactical situations
Requirements:
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid Driver's License and be able to commute daily
- Ability to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment using military tents and portable restrooms
- Ability to understand tactical activities
- Ability to work with computer systems, tracking storage, data storage, and platoon-level tactics
Education: N/A
Experience:
- Experience supporting TAC A / XCTC rotations in the past as a TAC Analyst (preferred)
- ESC Analyst (secondary)
Working Conditions: natural conditions indoors / outdoors
Required Travel: None
Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary
Work Hours: 8-12 hour shifts, 6-7 days / week, for a total of up to 6 weeks.
