We have an exciting opportunity to join our team! Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Self-Directed Services Financial Management Representative. Is work life balance a priority? Hybrid work option available. Looking for a candidate to assist families in understanding appropriate use of Medicaid service dollars, requirements, and monitoring and spending of allocated budget.
Other duties include:
· Collaborate with Human Resources in hiring of family managed employees and ensure all required trainings are completed.
· Development of contracts for services.
· Attend annual family service meetings and respond to family inquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/Business related fields required. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. The ability to work both very independently and as part of a team, a high level of computer proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
