    Starting as the ESG Manager Financial Services means driving a dynamic role in sustainable change in finance. Here's a glimpse into your typical day:

    • Lead Consulting Engagements: strategise for ongoing ESG and CSR consulting engagements, setting the tone for impactful outcomes.
    • Develop & Implement Strategies: develop tailored ESG and CSR strategies for financial institutions, ensuring tangible results.
    • Conduct Assessments & Benchmarking: analyse ESG and CSR performance, benchmarking against industry standards for improvement.
    • Deliver Training Programs: design and deliver engaging ESG and CSR training programs, fostering a culture of sustainability.
    • Analyse Risks & Opportunities: assess ESG and CSR risks and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
    • Provide Expertise & Knowledge: navigate complex regulations such as SFDR, MIFID II ESG, ensuring compliance.
    • Support Implementation: collaborate on implementing ESG and CSR strategies, ensuring smooth execution.
    • Lead Change Projects: drive initiatives like SFDR, ESG MiFID, paving the way for transformative change.
    • Collaborate with Clients: work collaboratively with clients to identify complex challenges, driving mutual success.
    • Implement Solutions: develop and implement solutions, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

    What do you bring to the table?

    This job is definitely for you if you have:

    • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or related industries.
    • A strong understanding of ESG and CSR issues and their impact on the financial services industry.
    • Experience in developing and implementing ESG and CSR strategies and initiatives for financial institutions.
    • Experience in conducting ESG and CSR assessments and benchmarking for financial institutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in ESG or CSR.
    • Knowledge of global ESG and CSR standards and frameworks, including the UN Global Compact, TCFD, and SDGs.
    • Experience with sustainability reporting and disclosure frameworks, such as GRI and SASB.
    • Familiarity with impact investing and sustainable finance.
