SBA Business Development Officer jobs in Montana
SBA Business Development Officer develops and structures loans and markets other banking products and services to Small Business Administration (SBA) eligible small and medium sized businesses. Reviews required customer financial information and coordinates with SBA to provide a lending solution for the customer. Being a SBA Business Development Officer structures the SBA loan proposals, completes initial underwriting, and prepares credit package that complies with all applicable regulations and SBA guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, SBA Business Development Officer typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The SBA Business Development Officer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. - Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate project details at all levels of a program.
- Proven capabilities in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. A passion to positively impact company sales and profitability is required.
- Product Development experience, including familiarity with manufacturing and prototyping process.
- Individuals with a background in business development in a consulting environment will be given a higher level of consideration.
- Our ideal candidate will also possess:
- A high level of personal drive and self motivation with an eye for details with a focus on customer service.
- Time and self management skills.
- Meet or exceed established goals for sales and new business development on a consistent basis.
- Ability to bring existing network of contacts and to build upon our extensive internal database for the purposes of new business development.
This will be a salary plus commission, full time position with benefits package including life insurance for employees, long and short-term disability insurance, vacation and holiday pay, flex time and SIMPLE retirement plan with company match.
