Arrow Service Team is growing and we are looking for a full-time Mitigation Scheduler.

We are looking for an individual with office administration, dispatch, and/or scheduling talent to join our winning team. Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling daily appointments for the mitigation and carpet/duct work teams
• Maintain schedule for mitigation and carpet/duct field staff
• Confirm appointments, follow up, and notify customer of any changes by phone and/or e-mail
• Accurately collecting job details such as customer details and insurance information
• Assist with incoming phone calls, directing any questions or concerns to the appropriate department or manager
  
• Use company software to enter job details, notes, documents, and to maintain their overall progress
• Participation in department meetings
• Respond to internet leads
• Other office duties as needed

Experience and Skills:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and have general computer/technology skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be very detailed and have time management skills
• Excellent phone skills/etiquette
  
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to show empathy
• Ability to handle stress and be able to work under pressure while exhibiting emotional control.
  
• Must be dependable
  
• Ability to take action with little supervision

Physical Demands:

• Lift (minimal) 5-10 lbs.
• Involves sitting/standing.

Pay:

• Starting at $18 - $21 per hour (DOE). 90-day review.

Schedule:

• 40 - 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typically 7:30am through 5pm.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (minimum)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)
• Reliable transportation to get to/from work
