The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of daily operations on a construction project. Such duties may include direction of subcontractors and BHS personnel on site, maintaining a safe jobsite, maintaining tools and equipment on site, interpreting project plans and producing red line drawings, scheduling inspections, confirming materials and coordinating material deliveries, promotion of teamwork, performing any other assignments as directed by Project Manager or Upper Management. Preferred applicants will have 3 years of experience, an active driver’s license, OSHA training certification, and elevated construction knowledge. Physical demands require lifting up to 100 lbs., adequate vision, and tolerance for extended exposure to outdoor elements.
