What You’ll Be Doing
- Tracking fermentation batch data to drive continuous improvement.
- Leading lean manufacturing projects to enhance process efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining SOPs, training manuals, and master batch records.
- Troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
- Providing technical support and training to production teams.
About You
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
- Experience with industrial-scale microbial fermentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.
- Six Sigma experience and familiarity with process control/automation are a plus.
