Idaho Scientific designs and deploys secure system solutions through novel CPU design, crypto cores, purpose-built system-on-a-chip architectures and hardened operating systems. What You’ll Get to Do: 

• Coordinate visitor access and concierge. 

• Promptly and courteously answer and direct all calls.   

• Coordinate, set-up, and facilitate office events 

• Provide administrative support to other personnel; including but not limited to- creating labels, scanning, printing, filing.  

• Order supplies for the entire office; including but not limited to snacks/supplies for break area, office supplies, & mail supplies. 

• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.  Package and transport outgoing mail.   

• Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of materials. 

• Manage office catering requests. 

• Maintain safe and clean reception area, break area, and conference rooms.  

• Ensure the office is a clean and welcoming environment by removing trash/recycling, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping on a weekly basis. 

• Coordinate and document employee travel  

• Contribute positively to office moral  

• Assist in capturing and archiving company events and promoting the Idaho Scientific culture.   

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• US Citizenship 

• Ability to get a security clearance 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• More than 1 year of relevant professional experience 

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite 

• Clear and concise communicator 

• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technology, software, hardware, and operating systems 

• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints 

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with, and respond to requests from employees, vendors and visitors 

• Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity
