Rojas Painting is looking for a qualified Project Manager with experience in Managing (painting/finishing, drywall, carpentry, or general contractor preferred) to add to our team! Role responsibilities

• Manage painting projects and oversee scheduling, training, crews and materials
• Maintain a culture of safety, quality and exceeding client expectations
• Manage project budgets and optimize for profitability
• Develop and implement operating processes, finishing standards and quality control checklists to deliver the highest quality work
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates, mitigating concerns, and answering questions
• Coordinate client change orders, invoicing and payment
• Coordinate paint and supplies purchases for crews
• Walk projects daily, using quality control checklists to validate finishing standards are being met
• Leadership, supervision and training development of crews in a respectful manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
