We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who is skilled in Agile delivery leveraging Scaled Agile for Enterprises (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices. Scrum Masters in our organization are servant leaders who can effectively collaborate, facilitate, and influence in a matrixed team environment.
The Scrum Master will work closely with teams to ensure that work/projects are completed on time and to the highest possible quality. Additionally, the role will be responsible for identifying potential risks and issues, and for managing the development team's workload to ensure that critical work/project milestones are met. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills, are essential for this role.
A successful Scrum Master must adeptly navigate complex organizations and be flexible in working with teams that have various levels of Agile maturity. The Scrum Master will work with a Release Train Engineer and the Agile Process Manager to provide direction towards maturing and optimizing Agile execution within teams. This role will interact closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to educate and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
