Scrum Master, Sr. jobs in Hackensack, NJ
Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Overview
As the Marketing Manager, the candidate will play an active role in overseeing the development of materials around MGoNY's portfolio of products and services as well as the updating and editing of the Employee Portal. The candidate will work with both Product Managers and Marketing Coordinators to ensure that the marketing collateral accurately reflects benefits and features of MGoNY's client's products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Ideal candidates are bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, have excellent writing skills, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple employee types.
- Candidates should promote education of team members, while also offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback.
