Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are able to plan and prepare ahead so we feel confident going into the evening. Our guests aren't just coming to eat, they are visiting us for so much more. They are out on a nice date night, bringing their family for the first time, and coming to experience a grand night of entertainment. Our delectable dinners add to that night of magic and fun. On any given night you are making a delicious dessert that Belle and Beast serve to the guests or a juicy prime rib to our guests singing and dancing to Mamma Mia!

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Master Chef to join our culinary team at the Palace Theatre. This position offers the opportunity to showcase culinary expertise in a dynamic environment encompassing restaurant service, catering, and banquet events. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for food presentation, a knack for crafting delicious dishes, and a dedication to exceeding culinary expectations. Pay starts at $15 and hour and pay raise after initial 30 day training period.

    • Food Presentation: Showcase creativity and attention to detail in food presentation, enhancing the visual appeal of each dish and elevating the overall dining experience.
    • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement in culinary techniques and practices.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Interact with guests to understand their preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
    • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing demands and evolving event requirements, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
    • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a focus on quality, flavor, and presentation.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a kitchen team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
    • Creative flair and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through innovative menu concepts and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
