Search Engine Marketing Specialist jobs in Amarillo, TX

KTBlack Services and its family of companies are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing software development team based in Amarillo, Texas.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop customer journeys and marketing for a new software product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience effectively.
• Create customer journeys to guide users through the platform, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness, share industry insights, and drive engagement through posts, stories, and interactive content.
• Plan and execute giveaways, promotions, and contests to attract new users, encourage participation, and foster community engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, analyze data insights, and provide regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the VP, product managers and developers to align marketing strategies, develop compelling content, and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaigns), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
