We're hiring a 100% work-from-home marketing manager in Omaha, NE who would manage the relationship between our clients. Working at our advertising agency, you would interview our clients via video chat to create Q&A YouTube videos. You will be on the phone and video conferencing with clients all day.
You'll oversee their marketing strategy to promote their videos to their in-house list of contacts. You'll work with 40 clients to help them answer commonly asked customer questions with prepare scripts on their mobile phone on a monthly video shoot. You'll also hold a monthly strategy call to prepare their scripts.You'll then send the raw video to your team who will edit, optimize, and promote it to your client's in-house contact database to help them get more business. You'll also speak with your clients regularly to help them get the most business they can from their in-house list of contacts using the systems and strategies you'll learn in the weekly training at our agency.Responsibilities:- Hold a direct relationship with a small business owner client.
- Write scripts for clients to answer commonly asked customer questions.
- Conduct client interviews over video chat to help our clients record their videos.
- Guide clients on additional marketing strategies to get more business.
- Communicate with clients weekly keeping them updated on their results.
- Attend our weekly training to improve your marketing skills to help our clients.
- Proactively respond to client phone calls and emails to take work off their plate.
- Working effectively with your team (video editors, marketing coordinators, writers, etc) with daily Zoom huddles.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience working directly with customers over the phone.
- Able to work from home from 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time (M-F).
- Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) and provide your own internet.

- Preferrably Primary residence in Omaha, Nebraska and open to meeting time to time face to face locally for career advancement at your leisure and convenience.
Compensation:- 1 week paid time off (PTO).
- 10 paid holidays.
- Fully remote work from home.
- $40,000 to $50,000 salary.

About Council Bluffs, Iowa
Council Bluffs is a city in and the county seat of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, United States. The city is the most populous in Southwest Iowa, and forms part of the Omaha (Nebr.) Metropolitan Area.
