The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our brand presence. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Leading business development initiatives, including identifying new partners and managing the bid process.
• Managing the marketing budget to optimize resources and maintain our brand reputation.
• Coordinating business development activities across our global offices.
• Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including website management and social media marketing.
• Cultivating relationships with industry influencers and securing positive media coverage.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a candidate with:

• At least five years of marketing/business development experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
• Experience with CRM software and web content management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
