Secondary Market Analyst administers all secondary mortgage market duties that aid in the selling and purchasing of loans. Analyzes mortgage loan portfolios, securities, and mortgage-related investments and considers market trends and economic conditions to evaluate the risk and return of a loan sale or purchase. Being a Secondary Market Analyst creates reports and models to forecast asset performance and works with internal stakeholders to make recommendations. Complies with secondary market regulations and company protocols. Additionally, Secondary Market Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Secondary Market Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Provide instruction to secondary school students in English classes
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize library services to enhance student learning and promote literacy
- Provide support and guidance to students with special needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention
- Participate in education administration activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings
- Offer tutoring or additional assistance to students who need extra support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid North Dakota teaching license
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with intervention practices for students with special needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
