Secondary Market Manager helps develop, manage, and improve a company's secondary mortgage market operations. Leads a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate work and provides research and solutions to complex questions or tasks. Being a Secondary Market Manager oversees the company's loan purchases and sales on the secondary market and manages mortgage loan portfolios to balance risk. Reviews performance indicators and utilizes economic data and market trends to determine risk. Additionally, Secondary Market Manager maintains relationships with investors, brokers, and originators to identify and develop new leads and opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Secondary Market Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Secondary Market Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Service Deli Manager


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

    ·      Oversee the planning, organization, and direction of all the activities in the Deli Department.

    ·      Know and have the ability to cost out all material to determine proper retails.

    ·      Aid in the development and growth of all department personnel by ensuring regular implementation of company training, evaluation, and counseling procedures.

    ·      Possess sufficient knowledge and ability to teach others all fundamentals of deli production. This will include stocking, cooking, frying, serving, cleaning and producing all products.

    ·      Plan aggressive merchandising programs for increased sales. Assist management with cross merchandising ideas with other departments.

    ·      Possesses a good understanding of the meaning of sales, gross profit, labor and inventory and its relationship to the effective operation of the department. They are expected to reach specific goals in those three areas provided quarterly.

    ·      Maintain an awareness of competitive activity within the store marketing areas at all times as it relates to the Deli Department. Also, maintain awareness and concern for the company's interest and investment at all times through the regular practice of sound, honest judgment.

    ·      Ensure employees follow company policies and store rules.

    ·      Conduct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all deli products.

    ·      Maintain a high level of coordination and communication with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of products and service throughout the store and within the deli operation.

    ·      Maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.

    ·      Assist in interviewing, hiring and training associates.

    ·      Ensure the Deli Department is maintained neat, clean and safe.


    MINIMUM AGE: 21 Years


    PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS

    Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand, and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire workday and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.
