Section Lead
Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:The principal duties and responsibilities must include a combination of the following functions (depending on section):- Ensure the work in their section is performed in an accurate and timely manner and must report known discrepancies to the Contract Supervisor
- Train new contract employees and cross-train contract employees in other positions, as needed
- Communicate professionally and effectively with contract employees as well as customers and Government personnel
- Effectively interact with employees in his/her section, ensure their section is adequately staffed to process daily workload, and notify the Contract Supervisor of issues
- Collaborate with COR to address questions and resolve issues or escalate to Contract Supervisor as appropriate
- Maintain currency with policy IAW AMCD Admin Services Standard Operating Procedures
- Report supply or equipment issues to the Contract Supervisor or COR; and
- Acts as the alternate to on-site supervisor
Position Requirements:- 2 years of experience with FAA, CAMI
- Bachelors or Masters of Business Administration
- Experience with managing Administrative Projects
- Experience with Aerospace Medical Certification Subsystem (AMCS)/ Medical Support System (MSS), Technical Support, Data Analysis Support (T&M)
- Experience with Document Preparation and Handling Support, Correspondence and Transcription Support, Call Center Support
- Program Management Support, Mail, Hard Copy File, and Medical Record Release Support (T&M)
- US Citizen
This is a full-time position paying a base salary, and full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
